Gates Hudson announces that client and partner, Dweck Properties, LLC has purchased The Shay (east building) at 1921 8th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. Purchased from JBG, the 91-unit residence is located in the Shaw neighborhood, east of Dupont Circle and south of Adams Morgan. Gates Hudson to property manage and manage effective leasing pace.
