Gates Hudson Services was established in 1984 as a premier full service construction, capital improvements, preventative maintenance, utility, engineering and facility management services company. Utilities can be the largest expense in an asset manager's budget. Having a Certified Energy Manager on staff is a key advantage in increasingly deregulated energy markets.

- Purchasing and oversight of utility supply and delivery contracts

Engineering Services

Gates Hudson Services employs mechanical engineering and specialty technicians who perform mechanical and plumbing services primarily to properties in the Gates Hudson apartment community portfolio as well as Gates Hudson Community Management's association portfolio. Services can be customized to meet specific property needs and include ongoing service and preventative maintenance programs.
