Financial Management & Reporting

Excellent record keeping and an exceptional accounting process is essential to maintaining the quality of management that meets our clients' expectations. The ability to analyze situations and make sound, informed decisions concerning a property's physical or financial status depends on accurate, detailed records and concise reports and statements.

Financial-Only Management is the perfect fit for communities whose size or structure do not necessitate full-service management. GHCM embraces financial-only relationships with communities ranging from boutique size to large-scale properties with robust on-site staff.

Financial Management Includes:

  • Accurate, timely financial reporting and effective delinquency administration
  • Full budget development including five-year history of income and expenses with annual budget spread
  • Easy to read financial statements in accordance with Bylaw requirements
  • Placement of investments in accordance with established Board policies, consistent with GAAP
  • Electronic payment administration and direct debit services (ACH)
  • Weekly check runs for enhanced cash flow management
  • Fidelity bond coverage that includes company owners
